By purchasing from La’Elei 3960 LLC, you agree to the following terms...
1. Handmade & Custom Products:
All items are handmade. Slight variations in color, design, or texture are natural and not considered defects. Custom and personalized items are created specifically for you.
2. Processing & Turnaround Time:
U.S. Orders: 2–3 weeks
International Orders: Up to 4 weeks
Shipping times vary by carrier and location.
3. Sales Tax (Texas Law)
La’Elei 3960 LLC collects Texas state and local sales tax on taxable items shipped to Texas addresses, as required by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts.
Tax rates are calculated at checkout based on shipping destination.
4. Returns & Refund Policy
All custom and personalized items are final sale. Texas law does not require a retailer to provide refunds unless a written policy states otherwise. By purchasing, you agree to this policy.
Non-Custom Items
May be returned within 7 days of delivery if: Unused, Unworn, In original condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item was defective.
5. Consumer Protection Notice
Under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA), customers are protected from false, misleading, or deceptive business practices.

La’Elei 3960 LLC is NOT responsible for: Shipping carrier delays. Lost or stolen packages marked delivered. Incorrect addresses entered at checkout, and damage caused by improper garment or jewelry care.

All designs, logos, branding, and original content are property of La’Elei 3960 LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas.
