All items are handmade. Slight variations in color, design, or texture are natural and not considered defects. Custom and personalized items are created specifically for you.
2. Processing & Turnaround Time:
U.S. Orders: 2–3 weeks
International Orders: Up to 4 weeks
Shipping times vary by carrier and location.
3. Sales Tax (Texas Law)
La’Elei 3960 LLC collects Texas state and local sales tax on taxable items shipped to Texas addresses, as required by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts.
Tax rates are calculated at checkout based on shipping destination.
4. Returns & Refund Policy
